HR Specialist - Performance Management & Talent Acquisition
Job Purpose:
The HR Systems Specialist will join the HR team of TDE and focus on the development and implementation of performance management strategies and talent acquisition initiatives. They will support business operations by creating and implementing corporate HR policies and infrastructure, including an HR system, database, and metrics in line with the company's strategy and mission.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Design, implement and maintain recruitment processes and strategies to attract top talent
- Support department managers in developing recruitment plans
- Create and maintain an effective onboarding process for new employees
- Research, update, and benchmark compensation standards to maintain a competitive compensation structure
- Create, implement and maintain an HR system, database, and metrics
Educational Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- Experience in performance management and talent acquisition is required
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Experience in human resources management
- Organizational and well-structured skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent emotional intelligence, good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with relevant labour laws knowledge of health and safety laws is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in creating and maintaining HR systems, databases, and metrics
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance management and talent acquisition

Monthly salary:
As per the collective agreement of the Information & Consulting, a monthly gross salary starts at € 3.500,00. Your actual offer depends on your skills and experience.
